This is nothing new from Sarah Palin or the egocentric, self-rightous, GOP. She and McCain used it a week before the election.

And before you say she had no control or bears no responsibility for this man's message note one thing...neither she nor McCain had the gentleman removed from the assembly nor did they condemn the message during or after the rally.
